Returns & Exchanges

At DermaW, we take pride in offering high-quality body care products and exceptional service. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product or its suitability, you may return it to us. Please note that a nominal return fee of Rs.100 will be charged per product. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it to us along with your order number.

  • Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement

Exchange Policy

As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of the product's delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to a transportation fee.
  • To request an exchange, email us at support@dermaw.com with your exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by our team, you will be responsible for returning the product. We do not provide a reverse pickup service.
  • Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, including their signature and mobile number, as DermaW is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Please include your name, address, and email on the parcel along with the desired exchange details.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.
  • Exchanges are allowed for products of equal value, with applicable shipping/COD charges deducted.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@dermaw.com.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute DermaW’s decision regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Products

If the desired product for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.

  • This credit note will be sent via email and can be used for your next purchase on the DermaW website.
  • The credit note must be used within 30 days of issuance.

Partial Order Exchange

Yes, you may exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. However, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Fit/Suitability Issues

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving it, subject to availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/Returns

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the product’s texture, fragrance, or color.
  • If the product has been opened, used, or washed.
  • If the product is from the SALE section, as sale items are final.
  • If the return/exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Our products are crafted with the highest quality ingredients. Please note that variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur due to natural ingredients and differences in device screens. We do not accept exchanges or returns due to minor variations in these factors.
